Beginning her journey as a makeup artist, she has seamlessly transitioned into the realms of aesthetics and permanent makeup, where she discovered a special affinity for permanent makeup procedures. Ashley holds dual certifications in Microblading, shading techniques, Lip Blushing, and Lash Line Enhancement, showcasing her expertise in these areas. As a licensed Esthetician and Permanent Makeup Artist for 6 years, she finds joy in both educating and serving her clients on a daily basis.

Allison's warm southern accent adds a touch of charm and reassurance as she guides you through each treatment, ensuring you feel comfortable and well-cared for every step of the way.

Hunter, is a 2019 graduate of the Skin Institute, as she developed a deep passion for makeup that evolved into a profound appreciation for skincare. Over the past five years, she has honed her expertise in a medical spa environment, gaining valuable experience with medical-grade products and laser treatments. Specializing in acne care, Hunter draws from her personal struggles with the condition to provide empathetic and effective assistance to her clients. Client education is how she empowers individuals to take charge of their own skincare regimen. Additionally, Hunter possesses exceptional skills in lash extensions.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Jay Pickett, a board-certified physician with a distinguished 35-year career. Having predominantly served the residents of Monroe County in primary care, Dr. Pickett collaborated closely with Katie Fernandez for 9 years to establish an Aesthetic Practice. Both Allison Tillman and Dr. Pickett hold certifications in Neuromodulators (Botox & Dysport), Dermal Fillers, sclerotherapy for spider veins, weight loss management and Sculptra. Dr. Pickett's extensive experience and expertise are invaluable assets to our team.
